A yellow gold, platinum and diamond brooch, antique.  The lapel pin designed as an open ropework fan motif surmounting a round brilliant cut diamond suspending a length of gold mesh the upper and lower terminals of platinum set with eight single cut diamonds, the mesh applied with five star motifs set with 30 single cut diamonds, the whole suspending a platinum set brilliant cut diamond suspending a gold circle enclosing a star motif enhanced with approximately 13 platinum set single cut diamonds.
