Camilla Dietz Bergeron, Ltd. is a jewelry business based in New York. For more than thirty-five years, we've established a niche for estate jewelry in our welcoming showroom on Madison Avenue. Whether you need a classic engagement ring, a thoughtful gift, or a collectible signed piece, we offer the value and service that distinguish us.

Recognizing that modern women have varied needs for both work and leisure, we provide unique pieces at different price points. We also emphasize notable stones, vintage diamond cuts, and desirable designs from famous brands like Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Flato, Schlumberger, Verdura, and David Webb.

Our co-founders, Gus Davis and Camilla Bergeron, come from modest Southern roots. They united their skills when Camilla was starting the company and Gus was with Sotheby’s jewelry division. Gus grew up in High Point, North Carolina, where he enjoyed visiting the local pawn shop and eventually worked at a jewelry store during his high school and college years.

Camilla, who passed away in 2018, was originally from Covington, Georgia. After finishing her studies at Vanderbilt University, she relocated to New York to pursue a career in finance. She became a founding partner of Furman, Selz, Mager, Dietz and Birney, and was among the founding members of The Committee of 200, while also engaging with The American Society of Jewelry Historians and Vanderbilt.

Although Camilla is no longer with us, we continuously aim to honor her spirit, vision, and remarkable style. As she once remarked, "Chic isn’t some kind of formula; chic just is." We fully resonate with that sentiment.
