A 14 karat yellow gold and sapphire dress set. Tiffany & Co. Circa 1940. Comprising a pair of cufflinks, each double link designed as ridged disc, centering an old cut sapphire, and three (3) shirt studs en suite. Cufflink length is approximately 3/4 inches. Gross weight approximately 16.6 grams.
