1940s Two Color Gold Diamond Swirl Earrings

A pair of 14 karat rose and white gold, ruby and diamond earclips, circa 1940s.  Each rose gold earclip designed as a swirl supporting five cones flaring upward, each cone enclosing a round faceted ruby, the swirl  applied with a white gold swirl centering a bezel set round brilliant cut diamond and tailing three branches, each branch culminating in a round brilliant cut diamond.
