Antique Gold Puffed Heart Locket Pendant

A yellow gold locket, 19th century.  Designed as a puffed heart shaped locket with floral and abstract engraving centering a blue enamel quatrefoil with white enamel outline around the central keyhole, together with a low karat yellow gold key attached by a short cable chain.
