Antique Sapphire Diamond Gold Ring

A 14 karat yellow gold, sapphire and diamond ring, circa 1890 with later shank. Designed as an elongated quatrefoil set around the outline and an interior X form with approximately thirty three (33) round brilliant cut diamonds and within each of the four (4) openings formed by the diamonds set with one (1) round faceted sapphire. Total diamond weight approximately 2.50 carats. Size approximately 8. Gross weight approximately 10.80 grams.
