Baroque Tahitian Pearl Diamond Skull Pendant Necklace

An 18 karat yellow gold, Baroque Tahitian pearl and diamond necklace.  Designed as a skull formed from a Baroque Tahitian pearl measuring approximately 14.5 mm with gold teeth, inset eyes and nasal openings, the eyes set with two round brilliant cut diamonds suspended from a box chain.
