An 18 karat yellow gold, blue topaz and iolite ring, Bulgari Italy.  The Doppio ring set with an oval faceted blue topaz and an oval faceted iolite in a double bezel setting with horizontal ridges.  Size approximately 6 1/2.  Gross weight approximately 13.80 grams.  Signed Bvlgari, Made in Italy.
