Bulgari Gold Diamond Emperor Hadrian Coin Earrings

A pair of 18 karat yellow gold, ancient coin and diamond earclips, Bulgari.  Each earclip centering an ancient coin, one earclip inscribed "Hadrian Denarius Large Planchet", the other inscribed "Hadrian Denarius Small Planchet", each within an octagonal molded surround set with twenty round brilliant cut diamonds in two diagonal rows.  Total diamond weight approximately 3.40 carats.  Length approximately 1 1/4 inches.  Gross weight approximately 44.0 grams.  Signed Bvlgari.
