An 18 karat yellow gold and diamond watch, Cartier.  The Ballon Bleu de Cartier watch, 42 mm. the bezel pave set with approximately 127 round brilliant cut diamonds in two rows, mechanical movement, automatic winding, fluted crown set with a cabochon sapphire, silver guilloché dial, blued steel sword shaped hands, calendar aperture at 3 o’clock and secret signature at 7, completed by a rectangular link band with deployant clasp.  Signed and numbered.
