An 18 karat yellow gold, platinum, sapphire and diamond ring, Cartier.  Centering a platinum set oval faceted sapphire, surrounded by four platinum set round brilliant cut diamonds alternating with four platinum set marquise cut diamonds, mounted on a yellow gold band with split shoulders.  Signed Cartier.
