An 18 karat yellow gold and diamond watch, Cartier.  The Santos watch with matte gold finish, automatic movement, case measuring approximately 24 mm, with 12 single cut diamond hour markers, four round brilliant cut diamonds on the first two links of the bracelet and inverted diamond crown, completed by a link bracelet with deployant clasp.  Signed Cartier on dial, case and clasp.
