Gold Blue Enamel Diamond Oval Earrings

A pair of gold, enamel and diamond earrings, late 19th century with later elements.  Each earring designed as a late 19th century bombe oval centering a star motif set with nine rose cut and table cut diamonds within an oval of deep blue enamel in a molded surround highlighted with cream colored enamel within a beadwork frame, the whole suspended from a wire.
