Gold Diamond Puffed Heart Pendant Brooch

An 18 karat yellow gold and diamond heart pendant/brooch. Designed as a puffed heart, one half with 63 pave set diamonds, surmounted by three bezel set diamonds. Total diamond weight approximately 3.45 carats, the other half in mate gold finish surmounted by an openwork crown with beadwork.
