Gold Sapphire Diamond Square Cufflinks

A pair of 18 karat yellow gold, sapphire and diamond cufflinks.  Each cufflink designed as a square of eight square faceted sapphires centering a gold square set with a round brilliant cut diamond, the hinged back a smaller square set with four square faceted sapphires.  Total diamond weight approximately 0.20 carat.  Width approximately 5/16 inch.  Gross weight approximately 9.40 grams.
