An 18 karat yellow gold, enamel and gemset Skull ring. Holly Dyment. Designed as an white, cream and black enamel skull, against a light blue background, wearing a crown of red flowers, enhanced by tsavorite garnet leaves, within a circular cut ruby and diamond surround, with reverse set ruby accents along the outer edge. Size 5 1/2, gross weight is approximately 14.4 grams.
