Designed as an openwork lozenge centering a marquise cut pink sapphire measuring approximately 7.77 x 3.69 mm, an additional square faceted pink sapphire measuring approximately 2.51 mm at the top and bottom, the rest of the lozenge enhanced with approximately 78 round brilliant cut diamonds, each shoulder set with a line of eight round brilliant cut diamond, the band and the outer edges of the ring decorated with a foliate motif.
