Set with an oval yellow sapphire, measuring approximately 12.00 x 10.00 x 6.30 mm, and weighing approximately 6.05 carats, within a polished gold foliate surround, enhanced by two circular cut diamonds. Size 4. Gross weight is approximately 10.8 grams.
