Each yellow gold drop earclip designed as a carved turquoise flower centering a round faceted emerald surrounded by seven (7) light pink sapphires set in white gold suspending a heart shaped citrine suspending a carved amethyst fish highlighted with a round brilliant cut diamond suspending a piece of branch coral highlighted with a round faceted sapphire and a round faceted emerald suspending a heart shaped blue topaz highlighted with a round faceted ruby culminating in a carved angel skin coral starfish.
