The 3.4mm wide band alternates two round sapphires, one round diamond, two round sapphires, one round diamond, etc. Twelve (12) sapphires total 2.28 carats. Six (6) diamonds total 0.89 carat. Size 6 3/4. Gross weight approximately 3.54 grams.
