An 18 karat yellow and white gold, sapphire and diamond brooch. Designed as a bow, the knot, streamers and interiors of the loops enhanced with approximately 89 white gold set round brilliant cut diamonds, the outsides of the loops with numerous invisibly set calibre cut sapphires. Total diamond weight approximately 3.61 carats. Width approximately 1 3/4 inches. Gross weight approximately 23.90 grams.
