Sapphire Diamond Starburst Shagreen Cuff

A 14 karat yellow gold, sapphire, diamond, and shagreen cuff. Designed as an open, flexible, midnight blue shagreen Renato Cipullo cuff applied with a 1950s starburst brooch. The brooch set with approximately twenty-one (21) sapphires of approximately 2 millimeters and approximately fifteen (15) brilliant cut diamonds of various weights totaling approximately .55 carat. Interior circumference of cuff approximately 6 inches. Cuff stamped with Renato Cipullo monogram.
